Find the leverage
Map the work that is costing you time or limiting growth. Identify where AI, conventional automation, or no technology at all is the right answer. Leave with priorities instead of a list of tools.
You do not need to become an AI expert.
I help you find where AI can save time, increase capacity, and improve the way your team works—then build the system with you.
Bring me the thing you’re stuck onDOES THIS SOUND FAMILIAR?
01I know AI can help. I do not know where to start.
02I do not have time to learn this from the ground up.
03How do we verify the output without creating a new bottleneck?
04How do we help the rest of the team work this way?
You already know the opportunity is real. The problem is the noise: new tools every week, conflicting advice, security questions, unreliable output, and no obvious starting point. We start with your business—the work that is slow, repetitive, expensive, or keeping good people from higher-value work—and decide what is actually worth changing.
THE FIRST STEP
We look at where your team spends time, where capacity is tight, what work repeats, what requires judgment, and what is safe to automate. Then we rank the opportunities by business value, effort, and risk.
You leave with: a short, prioritized roadmap your business can actually use.

STRATEGY
Map the work that is costing you time or limiting growth. Identify where AI, conventional automation, or no technology at all is the right answer. Leave with priorities instead of a list of tools.
SYSTEMS
Turn the best opportunity into a working process with the right context, safeguards, validation, human review, and feedback. The goal is dependable business output—not an impressive demo.
ENABLEMENT
Teach your team using their real work. Give people enough understanding to use the system confidently, know when to trust it, and know when a human needs to step in.
RELIABLE IN THE REAL WORLD
I was building business software before generative AI changed how software gets built. That matters. The hard part is not getting AI to produce something once—it is designing the surrounding system so the result is useful, repeatable, and trustworthy.
Built machine learning for diagnostic work where a plausible answer was not enough. The surrounding process had to support accuracy, validation, and accountable human judgment.
Combined data from several systems so case managers received useful suggestions inside the application they already used—without another tool, tab, or login.
Built AI as one governed part of a larger business system, with the ordinary engineering needed to make the result repeatable instead of impressive only once.
Moved implementation into AI-supported workflows and shifted my own time toward architecture, planning, testing, verification, and judging the result—the same transition I help teams make.
ABOUT
For years, clients hired me to turn messy business problems into software systems. AI changed how I do that work.
I use AI every day and have built my own workflows around planning, implementation, testing, and verification. I spend far less time manually producing code and far more time defining the problem, designing the system, and judging the result. That transition is now the work I help other businesses make.
Behind that is thirteen years building and running production software for health systems, insurers, logistics companies, manufacturers, and the consultancies that serve them.
I studied IT and earned an MBA at the University of Cincinnati, then returned for two years as an adjunct instructor teaching web development. Teaching matters here: people need enough understanding to use a system confidently—not a technical rabbit hole.
BIT Corp has been my independent practice since 2019. Most of the work still comes from people I have worked with before calling me again. That is the reference I would want you to weigh.
LinkedInTell me what you are trying to do and what is in the way. If AI is the wrong tool, I will say so. It costs you half an hour to find out.
